Begin your Reiki Journey
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that offers a way to slow down, reconnect and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness within yourself.
Reiki Level I introduces you to the foundations of this practice, giving you the knowledge and practical experience to begin working with Reiki for yourself and to offer Reiki to others with confidence.
This two-day training brings together traditional Reiki teachings, practical learning and guided practice in a warm and supportive environment.
No previous Reiki experience is required.
What you’ll learn
-
Explore the history and lineage of Reiki, the Reiki precepts and the foundations of the practice. You’ll be introduced to meditation, the hara and the principles that underpin a personal Reiki practice.
-
Learn how to practise Reiki for yourself through guided self-Reiki techniques, meditation and hands-on practice. Develop a regular practice that supports greater awareness, presence and connection with yourself.
-
Develop an understanding of energy and your own awareness of subtle sensations through practical and experiential exercises. Explore grounding, centring and working from the hara as you deepen your connection to the practice.
-
Learn the foundations of offering Reiki to another person, including hand positions, creating a supportive space and developing confidence through guided practice. You’ll have the opportunity to practise giving and receiving Reiki in a safe, respectful and supportive environment.

My Reiki journey began when I was 16, when my aunt, who had trained in Reiki, first introduced me to the practice. What began as an introduction during my teenage years stayed with me, eventually becoming a meaningful part of my own life and the work I share with others.
Since 2018, I have been practising Reiki professionally in clinic, supporting people through periods of stress, change and transition and witnessing the many ways Reiki can become part of someone’s wellbeing practice.
Over the years, my relationship with Reiki has continued to deepen. I trained in Reiki with Jeremy O’Carroll and continue to honour the lineage and teachings that have been passed down through my training.
As a Reiki practitioner and teacher, my approach is grounded, practical and experiential. I create a supportive space where you can learn, ask questions, practise and develop your own relationship with Reiki.
Reiki Level I is an invitation to slow down, turn your attention inward and begin discovering what this practice can offer you, both personally and as a foundation for working with others.
